Sandalfoot Condominium Policies TO CONFIRM RESERVATION: A minimum pre-payment of 25% of the total cost plus the Administrative Fee is the required down payment at time of booking, unless the arrival date is less than 30 days in advance. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Any interest is retained by Sandalfoot. FINAL PAYMENTS: The final payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival by personal check made payable to Sandalfoot Condominiums. CANCELLATION NOTICE: A 60 day written notice is required for a full refund, 31-59 days written notice for 50% refund, a 30 day or less notice forfeits the full reservation amount. All refunds are less the administrative fee and taxes. TRIP INTERRUPTION/CANCELLATION INSURANCE AVAILABLE - PROTECT YOUR VACATION INVESTMENT FROM THE UNFORESEEN. Call our office at 1.800.725.2250 for details. We accept MASTERCARD and VISA ONLY. SORRY, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS Check in is at 3:00 PM and Check out is prior to 10:00 AM. Late checkouts are permitted only in the off-season. A late checkout must be arranged with the office at least 24 hours prior to departure date and time. Late checkouts are subject to a $50. late checkout fee. Condominium Associations Rules & Regulations: Your unit is confirmed with the understanding that each guest in your party will observe and abide by the General Rules & Regulations provided. Each unit is supplied with a Unit Guest Book with Rules & Regulations. Substitutions: Should your confirmed unit become unavailable for any reason, Sandalfoot reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations at a comparable rate. Damages: Guest agrees to assume responsibility of the unit during their stay and report any damages to the office immediately. Parking: Parking is limited to 1 assigned space per unit. It’s easy to find Sandalfoot Condominiums from the Interstate as well as Southwest International Airport , in Fort Myers. Simply use the directions below for a fast and stress-free commute to your beautiful tropical island retreat!
From I-75 take Daniels Road exit heading west across highway 41, then make a left at the third light onto Summerlin Road. Take Summerlin Road all the way to the Causeway and pay the $6.00 toll. Drive across the 3 mile long Sanibel Causeway which becomes Causeway Road on the island. At the first stop sign, Periwinkle Way, continue straight, the road then becomes Lindgren Boulevard. Stay on Lindgren to East Gulf Drive. Turn left and continue south for approximately 1/2 mile. Sandalfoot Condominiums are on the gulf (right) side of the street with the red tile roof.
